    Staff at the Shillington Branch are great, but since FNB took over they're nickel and diming you for everything. They closed bathrooms for customers and took out change machine. Pay attention to the fees and charges, it's like they hope you don't notice, no complaints no fixes. 1800 customer service number, minimum wait, you gotta take a day off from work. Transferring to Diamond Credit Union as I speak. Will miss staff but not FNB.

    I completely agree with kaila. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but when it comes to completing requests it is like talking to a wall. I placed a request for an item that requires a simple "save as" and "email" to complete, however, 4 weeks later they have discontinued responding to emails and voice-mails and I have yet to receive what I requested. Operating a business myself; it is absolutely astounding to me that they can maintain a client base with this type of response on such a simple requests.

    Terrible owner. My wife's father died recently and we had him cremated here. The problem came when discussing the obituary. He told us that the Reading paper was free and that others were fairly CHEAP (he never named a price). Well she asked him to look into the Chester County paper because she wanted it placed in there if it was cheap. NO AGREEMENTS WERE MADE, he said he had to check the price. 2 weeks later we get a bill for $330.00. THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY DOLLARS. Never agreed to this price, never was even told a price. If it was more than $50 we would have skipped the obituary completely. TERRIBLE business practice. He'll be hearing from us.
