- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I completely agree with kaila. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but when it comes to completing requests it is like talking to a wall. I placed a request for an item that requires a simple "save as" and "email" to complete, however, 4 weeks later they have discontinued responding to emails and voice-mails and I have yet to receive what I requested. Operating a business myself; it is absolutely astounding to me that they can maintain a client base with this type of response on such a simple requests.By A Google User, June 26, 2017
